Gate Access Policy Reminder – No Tailgating Allowed

We are writing to remind all residents of an important safety policy regarding gate access in our community.

Tailgating – the act of closely following another vehicle through the gate without using your own access code or remote – is strictly prohibited. This practice not only compromises community security but also increases the risk of vehicle damage and personal injury.

To ensure the safety of all residents and visitors, please be advised of the following:

• Each vehicle must use its own authorized method of entry (remote, access code, etc.).
• Do not attempt to follow another vehicle through the gate without proper clearance.
• The Association will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or property damage resulting from tailgating or improper gate usage.
